    Max Max Max.

Maybe GGG did let Monroe fight a bit, but the stamina issue was no act.

He started really getting hit after he had Monroe hurt and was trying to get him out of there. He definitely does have lapses with his defense and does look vulnerable at times when he's looking to finish a fighter.

It's hard to take anything away from this fight.

Did he even get up for this guy?

If he fought Quillin though, he would have to be more defensively cognizant. Quillin is not a warrior by any means, but he does have a good punch.

If this fight was a walk in the park for Ward then why doesn't he do it? Ward can make this happen but he doesn't want it or it would already have happened.

Mayweather? Mayweather is a featherfisted Welterweight, GGGs defense would be irrelevant in that fight. Ward is a problem because even though he's featherfisted, he's bigger than GGG and has enough to keep him honest.

Out of all the fighters from 160-175, Ward probably has the worst possible style for Gennady. Ward loves to fight in and around the center of the ring and loves to engage inside the pocket. He's a strong guy with a terrific inside fight game and hard to hit flush.

I hope GGG gets the big fights he craves at 160. At this point in his career, he definitely deserves to fight the best that 160 has to offer. Unfortunately though, the top names in the division besides him is a blown up JMW in Cotto, Peter Quillin and Andy Lee.

He's 33 so time isn't on his side either. Fun fighter to watch though no doubt.

I don't think Ward necessarily has the perfect style to beat GGG at all. I think the style to beat GGG is a big puncher that can take a punch. I think a prime Pavlik could have beaten GGG.

It was the sloppiest ive seen Golovkin, his stamina was terrible and he was slow. I've got a feeling he didn't train that hard, he was puffing after the first rd. If he gets a fight against Canelo or Cotto he'll come into the ring in much better shape.

I even said to my mate that GGG's weigh in photo's didn't look as good as previous fights...... Safe to say he took this fight easy and hopefully this flushes out the big names.

That said, he should stay away from Ward.

GGG know Ward is waiting to wax dat ass properly and expose that stamina and heart.

Its clear YDKSAB Rubio and Stevens are huge punchers, and he walked right through their best shots.
