BoxNation could lose money and still be solvent. You seemed sure that BoxNation is insolvent.

How much cash does it BoxNation have in the accounts as of today?

However much Bill Ives is willing to use for his tax write-offs I would guess.

Funny thing was watching FW sweating like a ****** when he tried to get my boss to give him 300k for the Amir Khan rights for the Julio Diaz fight and rather than signing a personal guarantee he tried to use paintings as collateral. Was pitiful.

I wouldn't suggest getting into a deep conversation on this. I know more than you ever will.

It has only £24 cash being the subscription paid by you and Dragon Punch.

I have left £100 with Vinnie on the door for your cab and he will bring you up to our table.

If you want to have a drink and chill out fine.

Should you be looking for trouble then no problem.

Is Tesco also insolvent? They made huge losses in the last final year.
You are a turd of the highest order...if you had any honour you would concede that FW/ BN has proved you wrong (even If you still have to insist its only in the short term to try to Save face) by continuing to not only broadcast but improve their content and deliver subscribers the fights we want to see.

Instead of that you try to shift your argument about some kind of unfairness about UK tax law :patsch or whether the company is profitable. When are you going to understand that nobody apart from you and Pro Hunter are bothered whether FW and the directors are receiving healthy dividends or not. We are paying to watch GGG bang out fighters and that's exactly what where getting.

As I said before you know zero about business.

You've told the painting story before. I've never claimed to know more about BoxNation than you. But, let me guess it's had it's ups and downs.

Although, how BoxNation secured Khan v Diaz two years ago, has no bearing on today's accounts.

What do today's accounts look like?

For the record I know of four lenders who had no interest in dealing with Frank and all of whom thought the business was doomed to failure.

If it had a chance of success FW wouldn't have diluted his shareholding in order to get Bill Ives on board.

You said BoxNation was insolvent. Maybe you shouldn't get your info from old accounts.

My responses have been influenced by basic cash flow. And of course the possibility of investment. As long as BoxNation pays the bills it won't go bust. How it pays the bills is another issue

I have never made this about BoxNation specially. Just basic business.

What do you know T urd?

    Boxnation is a subsidised channel.

Boxnation will never make a decent return on investment due to the lack of top quality domestic boxing and the resulting low subscriber base.

It limps along like a soft peenis

Dragon Punch works for Boxnation and it is your opportunity Dragon to prove people wrong by providing the following:

    1. Number of subscribers for the current year and the previous 2 financial years.

    2. The Boxnation Profit after Tax figure for the year to date and the previous 2 financial years.

    3. The current bank and cash balances together with the position at the end of the previous 2 financial years.

    4. The current acid test ratio and for the previous 2 financial years.

This is your chance to back up your shyte Dragon

I was not making a direct comparison between the two businesses. Solaris is trying to claim BN is insolvent because it's running at a loss which would mean half the business in the UK including Tesco and especially newer concerns in it's formative years like BN are also insolvent which is ridiculous.
