I wonder if Lara really wants this fight, or is just mouthing off because he knows Showtime and HBO won't work together unless its a fiasco of may-pac proportions.
Why should Lara have to shift weights and have multiple fights to become mandatory against someone in G's position? Lara would be the most respected opponent and highest profile opponent within the actual industry that Golovkin has fought so far... with Lara being the only one eager to fight Golovkin it just sounds stupid to start making hoops to then have them then jump through to make the fight. I could understand if Golovkin had plenty of good options but he doesnt... and Lara is rated above all of his realistic opponents in most published p4p lists. This posing game of 'well if they want the fight jump through these hoopes' disqualifies you from getting to claim your so avoided. Again, the highest rated P4P fighter hes fought to date is actively calling him out... if K2 cant make the fight due to haymon then they should say that. Not just shrug off the idea with assumptions like they have been.
People brainwashed into think Lara really wants this fight. I can get you guys a great deal on some beach front properties in Central Asia I just purchased.
Erm, they did say that. Not directly, but said "Lara's management" need to contact HBO, work out their issues and get the fight approved. If they do that fight can be made. Its no secret HBO has paper on GGG... without Haymon/HBO coming to accord or Lara becoming mando... how can anyone say the fight is realistic?
Its obvious as hell He knows Canelo TKOs him And Ward outboxes him So he stays at 160 where he can beat up on guys like 6KO Monroe, , Adama, Andy Lee Smh
Same division Canelo fights in but Oscar says he wants the fight sometime around 2080 when GGG is dead
