They wanted Pac to fight him b4 the fight with Floyd was made, which was 3 months ago! :patsch

I'm very positive in the span of 3 months, nothing about Marquez changed.

It's ridiculous. Pac and Marquez = ATG Fight yay!!!! i LOVE IT

Floyd and Marquez = Farce, boo!!!

    :patsch:rofl

Ya because there was nothing marketable out there for Pac besides the quintilogy fight. Would have been a drop in ocean in terms of Pac's legacy if he beat an ancient Marquez.

Floyd/JMM II, Pac/JMM V, equally meaningless to me.

Mayweather vs Marquez rematch is extremely marketable too!!

Rematch, Mexican independence holiday, Marquez not being "healthy" the first time, both beat Pac recently.

It would be great right now. I'd pay some good money, would you not?

you think a 41 year old injury riddled Marquez does better than 6 years ago? stop trolling

and no, Pac wasn't going to fight him:

    a) because Marquez was still recovering from injury

    b) because Marquez wanted a lot more money than was offered

    c) because nothing he would do in a 5th fight would still top KFTO6, ever

    I don't care about marketability!

I want to see a competitive fight where both men actually have a conceivable chance of winning.

I always pay money to watch Floyd regardless of the opponent, so yes I'd pay whatever they charge. But I'd be much happier about it if it was against someone with a hope in hell.

Yeah I bet if they announced a Pac/Marquez 5 fight, you'd be all over it calling it the best fight boxing can make.:patsch

Your agenda is so blatantly clear.

Fact is: Floyd has just as much right to a rematch as Pac does. Actually, Floyd getting a #2 with him would be great for the sport.

Everyone would watch it. It would be a great event.

if sinclair went in there to finish marquez, it would be a good fight. but he wouldnt have that goal so it would just be him dancing around and hugging whenever juan was in punching range

pacquiao and marquez v would be an excellent fight because they would try to kill each other, again

yeah you're right. but... wouldn't pac be even more careful against HIM? Or maybe he'd just be so ****ed off that he'd go crazy.

Marquez best retire at this point, Pac-Marquez V is just as pointless as Floyd-Marquez II

Everyone was claiming that Marquez was not healthy at all going up weight divisions, Floyd cheating on the scales etc.

If Marquez ever gets back to 100%, this fight could be great.

I'd want to see it again. Marquez can win of course, he has that 1 punch equalizer.

Everyone was claiming how that punch would have KO'd May as well. :rofl:rofl

Well I want to see it.

He's saying it would be an enjoyable and probably close fight. Wouldn't have any bearing on either man's legacy.

Floyd/JMM would be a completely one-sided schooling once again AND wouldn't have any bearing on either man's legacy.

Let's at least get Floyd in with someone who has a shot. We know JMM can compete with Pac, he can't compete with Floyd.
