Apparently Rios was available on May 30th. Brook could have fought Bradley after Rios for his next mando fight since he's higher ranked than Gavin and a million times more credible. Why did Brook choose Frankie Gavin after fighting JoJo fking Dan? I don't blame Rios at all for taking another fight in June, who knows if Brook will give him the shot, or fight another Gavin/Dan.

Why would Brook duck someone like a Rios, a punchbag?

That's my question, I thought Brook would fight Rios for the name on his resume, but it seems like he's going to continue to fight the Frankie Gavin's, and JoJo Dan's of the world, and avoid any credible fight.

Brook will have Rios' lips looking like a duck with all the punches he'll hit Rios with.

Probably, I'd pick Brook, but that doesn't excuse the fact that he's fighting Frankie Gavin after JoJo Dan. He's probably going to fight a Chis van heerden or someone like that for his next fight .

Why didn't he fight him in May then? Brook would clearly be the favorite, but why call the guy out, but then fight Gavin?

I was going to say maybe no one wants to fight Rios because he loses so much....then i looked up his record and he's only lost twice.

Deontay is coming off an injury, and who's willing to fight GGG? Have they ducked anyone they called out? Brook called out a bunch of guys, and Rios was the only available name on May, of course he chooses Gavin though, a much lesser known name that lost to Thurman's tune up.

He's coming of a machete attack less than a year ago that nearly cost him everything. Don't mind him having two easier fights to make sure things are ok and then jumping back in the deep end.
