feeling sick during cardio workout

    Hello I noticed 2 days in a row after I do my HIIT session I do a 30 minut LISS cardio for endurance whilst I do this I really start to feel like throwing up why could this be
    I eat a small breakfast before I train 2 toast with nutella spread and coffee thats it

    Do you train often ? You need to get your body used to training before going all out ! If it's your first time doing cardio you might want to do easier work outs.

    Happens to some newer people in my classes. It builds character.

    Sounds normal to me. Every time you switch up your exercises you'll probably experience nausea, setting a lower pace would be helpful to start with.

    I think it's either to do with the breathing, or you're pushing yourself too hard, it's something to do with your body shutting down some of your functions and then the restart causes you to nauseate. I'm probably wrong on the details but this is something I remember reading about.

    Maybe but is it necessary to push yourself that hard? I'd avoid it personally.. If I start feeling unwell I just stop.

    I have the toast wholegrain lots of fibre 11 grams its a good carb source. I have coffee im addicted to it need it in the morning I dont drink energy drinks just 1 cup coffee in morning thats me for the day.

    My diet is really good I count calories lot of good protein and good carbs I eat around 2400 calories trying to loose 2 lb a week.

    I really do pushmyself to the point of just blanking out. I feel my heart so hard I feel like it about to come out lol.

    My fitness is not up to par but its getting better

    Everyone's different if I have a break from training for a couple of weeks when I get back into it I always dry heave like im about to be sick I know my body's getting pushed it's a good sign.

    I count calories.
    I switch up my breakfast it depends on toast is quick and sometimes quicker to digest than dairy milk or oats
