    Like for real?? how in hell?? Beating Shawn Porter?

    Thurman beat guerrero and chavez and both are top 10 in the division add to that bundu, quintana!

    Diaz beat Porter back in the day, I guess he deserved the #1 ranking back then lmao. Thurman clearly has a better resume, but Kell does have the only other world title so I guess he does deserve that spot.

    That is pretty ridiculous, isn't he the only other guy who possesses a belt though? Beating Porter convincingly in his own backyard was impressive for a guy just stepping up but it isn't enough to become the number 1 contender imo.

    Heh I remember Sky Sports commentary hearing the scorecard 117-111 for the Brook vs Porter fight, being disguested due to thinking Porter won and the scorecard was too wide and then acting as cheerleaders when Brook was announced as the winner and seemingly didn't mind the scorecard :D

    Porter was the undefeated world champion who most thought was the second coming of mike Tyson, kell went into America and took the world title off him in his back yard,
    Thurman beat beaten fighters that's how!!!!!

    Hey im Welsh and I scored it 115-113 Brook, he just did the cleaner more effective work compared to Porter and his Wilder impression :lol:

    Mayweather is the #1 Welterweight. Kell Brook being the IBF Champion makes him #2 in my opinion. You can laugh at Porter all you want, he wasn't laughed at back then and he definitely isn't a joke opponent either.
