If he doesn't make the weight the fight will be called off, why would he do that when he is assured of a good pay day and possibly win a title :huh Geale has a huge reach and height advantage and will put on more weight on after weigh in than Cotto so fight night he should be close to 170lbs whereas Cotto will be about 160lbs
Geale being the true middleweight ...why would he have to box circles around and stay away from Cotto as he even stated yesterday? Shouldn't he just walk through "kneeguel " (as many of you call him) from the opening bell ??? Geale will get dismantled this June!!!
What are you basing this off of? I haven't seen Miguel dismantle a live body since 2009... LOL. The guy fights people with knee braces and who are damaged goods, big mistake by Roc Nation (lead by man who knows nothing about boxing) to put Cotto in with Geale.... To think they paid $50 mil for him LOL. :rofl:rofl
I've been one of Geale's biggest supporters for a while and spent years trying to educate you guys on him. Everyone always painted him an overachieving carefully managed bum (not even really exaggerating). Until, of course, he signed on to fight Golovkin. I think Cotto beats Geale clear but it should be competitive and I wouldn't be surprised by the contrary.
Geale can do this ... hope that he does. It would serve Cotto right for swerving Golovkin to fight his leftovers. Besides, Geale has an energetic, attractive style - very watchable.
I just want none of you, picking Geale to destroy Cotto, to not make excuses once Cotto TKO's him.... Just like in the Martinez fight, most picked a 50% Martinez as they put it, to KO Cotto and it didn't happen.
