Not to mention he has three semi-credible wins against Corrales, Castillo, and Alvarez and only lost to Castillo, De La Hoya, and Maidana.

Why is there an excuse EVERYTIME Pacquiao wins

    -DLH: drained
-Hatton: psychologically distraught from his loss to Mayweather
-Cotto: drained and psychologically distraught from his loss to Margarito
    -Morales: old and drained
    -Barrera: brain surgery

That's a good one! Now tell the one about the banker and the insurance salesman who get lost in the Forrest.

Wait wait wait. This is your actual top 5 all time list? Oh...

always using the race card to hide your inferiority complex. duran went 1-5 against the best fighters of his era no way he sniffs my top 20!:deal:deal

don't be jealous of the fact that the best fighters have always been black:deal

Hard to call him a liar?

1-let the commission do their jobs....then blaming the commission for your loss

2-Taking blood makes me weak......then demands drug testing after getting knocked out

3-cheated on his wife and had a baby by a *****

    Yea he is doesnt lie

I appreciate the compliment and thank you for it, but where's the 180 turn here?. Did Pacquiao ever bring up excuses for his early two losses whenever those were brought up?. Did he bring up an excuse for the Marquez KO?. The Morales situation wasn't an excuse. The gloves and blood tests that were agreed upon in the contract thanks to Mustafa Muhammad's incompetence are definitely not false excuses. Calling those false excuses is like saying Cotto is only making up excuses for partially blaming his loss to Pacquiao for the 145lbs Catchweight.

Morales was old shot and drained

Pacquiao never accused Marquez of steroids. He admits he was careless.

"I got overconfident, and he caught me with a good punch."

Where's the excuse? He admits his mistake and that Marquez took advantage of it.

Why now? What recent accomplishment propells him into the top 15? Hopefully not wins over Maidana and Pacquiao. If he wasn't in your top 15 prior to his last five fights then he shouldn't be now. He's faced no prime elite fighter of note in years.

    1) When the commission don't do their jobs like they're supposed to, he's definitely going to blame them. It was proven later though that his management are to be blamed more-so than the commission.

    2) The loss clearly eased him up on the blood testing because he knew he has to deal with it or never get the massive payday against Mayweather. The blood testing "game" that was playing by both Mayweather and Pacquiao was nothing but a game. Pacquiao had to stand his ground seeing how he was officially #1 at the time and not cower before Mayweather's demands to maintain his strong public image. The loss took him off the position so he had to deal with it or never get that fight.

    3) Cheating on his life or playing poker naked have nothing to do with Boxing. Pacquiao isn't the first person that made mistakes in his personal life and certainly won't be the last. Before discussing personal mistakes done by others, start with yourself.

I'd have him lower but you're a rational sort of chap so I don't mind you ranking him where you feel is best. At least I know you've put some thought into it unlike the mug who has him above Langford.
