Kudryashov kills Wilder. He punches as hard as Wladimir Klitschko does.

An important thing to note however, is Kudryashov boxed only a month ago or so. Maybe he went back in the ring too quickly.

However he looks so damn basic outside of that power. Stiff as a board, straight up, no combinations, and no inside game. Also he had no idea what to do when Morero clinched or attempted to clinch, he looked confused and disheartened.

I think Huck beats this kid, as does Lebedev, Makabu, Mchunu, Usyk, Afalobi, Ramirez, Chakhkiev, and most other top 10 CWs

I disagree. Earlier rounds, sure, I wouldn't mind if you scored it to Meroro, fourth however, there wasn't a big gap if any in the punches landed.

If you think these stats have anything to do with reality, you're delusional. Kudryashov probably landed 8 jabs to the body in the first round alone. And Meroro hardly landed anything clean, no way he was landing at anything near 53%.

Every one of them if the chin can hold of, that's for sure.

:nono Don't cast those aspersions on me, Serge. If you look back earlier in this very thread I was stoked to see Kudryashov in action, especially when they refreshed our memory with that highlight package of Gomez & Palacios getting KTFO.

It was just a disappointing performance, end of.

    Talking to me?

I wanted Kudryashov to be the next GGG, Kovalev, or Beterbiev so badly, but I have to call it how I see it.

He has never looked dynamic, even in the fights where he starched the other guy he just looked so damn crud and stiff.

I REALLY hope he gets his **** together, as I am a big fan of Eastern European power punchers, but it is what it is. Fighting like that, he's going no where fast.

Meroro made Kudryashov look pretty bad in there.
    Time for Chakhkiev.

They were light "punches" in flurries by Meroro on the way in & out of clinches, but yes there was.

Maybe that's where we differ, are you excluding connects by Meroro you felt were especially ineffective?
