The thing is that when it comes to Kovalev, GGG and now Kudryashov, people except an early KO or they are getting "exposed", I mean similar happened with Adama then Agnew, if these guys don't get their opponents out VERY early people immediately start questioning them.

    Round 1

Chakhkiev is stalking and menacing with the right jab. Nice right hook by Chakhkiev. QUICK left uppercut leads by Chakhkiev on the way in. Wright is countering with left hooks and wrapping Chakhkiev into tight clinches, chest to chest and arms locked around the back. Close feel-out opener but the superior shots from Chakhkiev.

    10-9 Chakhkiev

This is certainly true. I remember some whinging that Inoue took so long to stop Samartlek, bad performances happen...

I wasn't comparing his quality, but rather the similar attitude towards him because of his perceived power.

Stiff as a board? Are you blind? His whole game is based around Pirog-type upper-body movement. In the first four rounds, he was basically just practicing that stuff and throwing a few jabs.

So saying a fighter has some question marks and we need to wait until he steps up the competition before crowning him is me wanting to see Kudryashov fail?

And then telling someone who proclaimed Kudrya will destroy everyone at CW and then move up and do the same at HW that they might have overreacted to him koing lower tier fighters is me puffing my chest and saying I told you so?

It's obvious you're talking about me, so why didn't you respond to my post? I hope Kudryashov can go back to the gym and work the kinks out, and add some new elements in his game, because I am a fan and want him to be this monster in the CW division, but with his current limited skills, he will never reach that championship level.

Don't get carried away with 3 round of performance, that was good finishing. But Kudryadhov better pray Usyk moves up to heavy.
