Valuev looking like "I'm bored. I'd beat these bums with one hand. I'd rather be out hunting Yetis".

No, he mostly covered up and came forward with a high guard. He was then clinched, rinse and repeat.

I don't think any rational fan would compare Kudryashov's style to Pirog's

IB is probably the most knowledgeable boxing fan on this site, so maybe he can clear it up for us. IB, does Kudryashov fight anything like Pirog?

Wright's trainer is bloody brilliant! I'm enjoying hearing him rather than the commentary

2-0 Rack-Chack, just imposing his will physically (with intelligent pressure) but Wright zapped him with some very stiff left jabs.

There are glimpses, but as a whole no.

    (I know I'm not IB).

Sorry missed this. It's more of a general observation I notice among boxing fans where they seem to really want to see fighters fail, struggle or put in a bad performance so they can say I told you so. He didn't look good but that's partly down to him not showing enough urgency and partly down to his opponent being awkward and holding an awful lot when he got into range. Anyone who is writing him off on the back of one poor performance is just being silly. It's not like plenty of the greats have never put in poor performances on their way up.

His attempted slick above-the-waist maneuvers starting in the 2nd were vaguely reminiscent of what Pirog did, but a cheap imitation and not executed very well. Kudryashov would serve himself better to figure out how to cut the ring off and just bang. He isn't a slick boxer, never will be one and looks foolish trying.
