Losers. Guaranteed. Nobody who is successful in life would spend that much time being negative/hateful toward the accomplishments of somebody else. They can pretend online all they want, but to me, they are sad individuals in real life who have some type of social/mental problem.

    Just IMO.

    Chronology is wrong.

    It was Freitas or Casamayor...

Then it was Cotto, Tszyu, or Hatton...

    Then it was Margarito...

    Then it was Williams...

    Then it was Pacquiao...

Now it's Lara....(if we're going to pretend like Floyd is remotely relevant at 154)

What has Floyd done that nobody in this era could do?

    * Craft an extended reign at 130lbs, ensuring a placement on any reasonably Top 10 list (minimum) at that weight.
    * Defeat the consensus number one fighter/ challenger in three separate weight classes above the original weight.
    * Remain undefeated while doing so.

Lopez and Calzaghe didn't do so, and Marciano wasn't from that era. No one else has done quite the same thing.

Fact is Floyd is a ATG,undefeated and a 12 time champion in 5 divisions which has never been done in the history of the sport. Now you can post and cry until the world ends and it will not change anything. So continue to cry about Floyd, continue to be bitter about a man who doesn't know you exist. Go throw darts at all your Mayweather posters you have with tape covering his face.

Dorin and Spadafora were other champs at 135...do you really think that splitting a pair with Castillo proves Floyd was the best at 135? (I agree that he WAS the best, but that's the point...he didn't fight the fights to prove it at 130/135/140/154....and 147 to an extent).

Tszyu was injured and then lost to Hatton while Cotto was a champ as well. Floyd fought Cotto and Hatton at 147, not 140 where they wee actually good fighters.

Pacquiao/Margarito fights didn't happen because Floyd didn't want them. The Pacquiao fight happened eventually with Arum as a co-promoter...once Floyd was sure he could beat Pacquiao.

I don't exactly want Floyd to fight Lara, Andrade, and Trout, but if you're going to call him the best at 154 then he kind of has to...he beat Alvarez but imo so did Lara. And Andrade could probably beat all of them.

As a boxing fan, you should be ashamed as hell. FM has swindled millions from folks. Let me ask you. Would rather watch MP against Oscar, or FM against oscar? When FM/ Oscar fought neither guy even had a mark on their face. Look what MP did by bringing the fight to him. Your crazy if you find FM career exciting or interesting. Even his family seems to dislike him at times. FM even tried to beat up larry merchant who is like 80yrs old. What a bum..

Pro Tip: There is no "sound" over the Internet from words being typed. My statement to him was a statement of fact, not emotion. It wasn't even a good joke.

The only emotion any of you ever get out of my is pity. I actually feel sorry for many of you.

When you get done Floyd is a ATG fighter living his dream, while you are some random guy on the internet crying about it. Get over it,move on and focus on fighters you enjoy,it makes no sense to sit around and constantly talk about someone who claim to dislike.

    This is a reasonable response.

I think that Pacquiao, Morales, and Barrera were also great at 130...having a loss at the weight to a great fighter shouldn't be counted against a fighter, especially if the loss was avenged. Floyd belongs in the discussion at the weight, but not because he beat any really good/great fighters. Especially considering the lack of a Freitas/Casamayor fight. He never really proved he was the man at 130.

He did beat Castillo at 135, Pacquiao at 147, and Alvarez at 154.

He did remain undefeated, but in light of the fighters that were available in his weight classes and the timing of his fights with guys like Pacquiao, Oscar, Mosley, and Cotto....I can't get too excited about 'undefeated.'
