Quality fighters are quality fighters regardless of that. And he fights the best and then some.

 

Tszyu- Wrong! KT was out due to injury for 18 months. FM was at 135 for part of that time. KT came back fought Mitchell and won inside of 3. KT then went on to fight Hatton and lost. He retired after that loss. After the Mitchell fight FM fought Gatti at 140.

Cotto- Wrong again! Cotto while at 140 and a belt holder didn't want to mess with FM. According to Arum Cotto was "too green".

Mosely- Came up with lame excuses not to fight. This is well documented.

Of all the people on the list , I'd say P-Dud would give FM hell.

The question we need to ask is, If FM had to fight those guys to get to that huge pile of money, would he? I think he would. Floyd looks at boxing more like business and because of this his strategy is what path do I need to take to get the big payday. We may not like it but, brotha's getting paid big time!
