Vlad's stock goes up

I've never seen so many people defend an awful performance.
Wlad is a great fighter but him leaning on Povetkin's back all night was disgraceful along with refereeing.

 

I never said he could reverse the loss, you did, dumb****.

 

Povetkin once again proves he deserves a rematch with Wladimir. He is definitely for real.

I still think he'll have problems with Wladimir again, since styles make fights. We just need to see a rematch with a ref in there who will enforce the rules.

 

One sided win don't need defending, Pov did not win a round.

 

That was a horrible fight by Wladimir; he should definitely give Povetkin a rematch.

Povetkin is Wlad CV's best name. He's arguably the best heavyweight at this moment.

But, even though its the best name in Wlad's CV, it was a dirty win (Wlad's wins over Byrd, Haye, Chageav, Pulev, etc, were way better) because of the clinches. No doubt that Wlad is better than Povetkin, he could have lost more points for illegal holding and still win 116-112 with 2 legal knockouts, but a rematch would be great. Povetkin deserves it after beating Takam and Perez.

Besides, Povetkin > Wilder.

 

It was an ugly fight, but he completely neutralized and battered the clear #2 in the division.

 

Vlad had to be careful fighting Povetkin in Moscow. Putin hates Vitali and Vlad because they are Ukrainian...................

Wilder will ever fight Povetkin, he has always been protected...............

 

Wlad Klitschko is a savage puncher. Povetkins face looked like he went through a windshield. Rematch would be no different.

 

Scar, Perez has only ever beaten journeymen. His previous fight was against Darnell Wilson for god's sake!

 

But you think Wlad could have reversed a KTFO KO2 in a follow up rematch with Sandersatsch

Perez was destroyed on the inside in a semi type clinch.

Wlad gets sparked out cold in that situation without his illeagal grappleing as he has no inside game.

You can't jump on top of your opponent because you have no inside game.

The Povetkin fight exposed how weak a boxer Wlad is.

That little scratch made Wlad quit the fight. You could made make something like that up. And a world title fight no less.

He is an absolute disgrace to the sport.
