Wiser minds usually prevail. Floyd will never get the credit he deserves not even from me, I have him 25ish. Only because this generation is fairly average. Look what he did to supposedly someone of his level in Pac. Pac looked like a C-level fighter. It's hard to move Floyd up any higher because of the lack of competition.

:goodTop 25 atg is truly the elitist of the elite Mark. It is a shame for all that Floyd was not born several years earlier. As the last great WW division (Tito, Shane, ODLH, etc all prime) would have told us everything we needed to know about Floyd as a WW. I often think that the fact Mayweather is the best WW on Earth at the age of 38 is often overlooked. That is a remarkable achievement. Yes, there are some young guns coming through, but anyone who thinks Thurman, Brook or anyone else would walk through Mayweather is insane.

Floyd didn't beat manny, not at all. The fight was extremely close and properly scored was a draw. Not to mention Manny being injured, really doesn't flatter floyd whatsoever. You *****'s shouldn't even be mentioning that fight as something special, it actually makes floyd look bad.

Aren't you really tired of being stupid? We all know the TRUTH here and we've seen the OUTCOME... Manny whom had been knocked out 3 times and had 2 losses before Mayweather gave him an easy #6 isn't truly special and I and countless others including. Pro boxers, writers, trainers etc ALWAYS said Mayweather was better and would win. Like Paulie said the BEST way to invest your money is being on Floyd over Pac because it was easy money.

Manny got his dumb azz beat and that's ok... there's no shame in losing an elite undefeated champion and the p4p king, the BEST fighter of this era in Floyd.

But there is shame floyd ran from a man he said he knew was injured going into the fight. Fought like a ****** and even floyd's dad said that about him. And the scoring was atrocious and completely corrupt. Floyd didn't BEAT anyone that night. He missed a ton of punches he was given credit for and Pac landed way more than anyone has on Floyd and landed the harder shots, yet wasn't credited for half of them. I didn't need the slo mo on youtube to see that though, but rewatching the fight with the sound off and not listening to the biased commentators, it was clear that fight was extremely close and a draw was fair.

I don't like Pac moron, but I'm not an idiot and know how to score boxing fights. Floyd was a coward and in big fights, the guy going backwards always loses the close rounds, but not in this fight interestingly enough. Pac hurt floyd twice and landed the harder, more damaging punches. Floyd outlanded pac, but it wasn't by 70 punches, it was much fewer than that and most of those were his jabs that weren't landing clean whatsoever. It was a fight between Floyds right hand and manny's left. Floyd didn't hurt manny, but Manny hurt floyd. Manny pushed the pace and was the aggressor. Floyd did not win that fight, he didn't do enough to win it. Backpeddling landing the odd clean right hand, doesn't score over the guy coming forward landing the harder clean left hand. It was horrible scoring but of course, boxing wanted to keep Floyd winning because of all these people that buy his fights hoping to see him lose. If he lost, its over for him and short term for PPV boxing. Luckily we have real warriors coming up like Crawford, GGG, Kov, Walters who will take over soon enough. But that fight was complete and utter BS. Floyd didn't win.

If you think Floyd won that fight easy, you're an idiot and helpless. What the fuk do you think his dad was doing in the corner? Every round asking if he's scared, asking him what is wrong, etc. His dad knew that fight was razor thin close. The proof is right there, if you can't see with your own blind eyes while watching the actual fight . lol
