Since I rewatched Povetkins devastating KO win over Perez, I do have my questions about his physique. Sacha weighed in at the heaviest of his career, with almost zero fat on his body and more muscles. I have read on different websites people assuming he is on PEDs. I don't know how you can see it, except on the f@ggy bodybuilders, but I do have my questions.

Perez, owner of a granite chin, was rocked by a jab to his body. He completely lost his legs after a right hand landed on his body. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan of Povetkin, but we all know even if he took PEDs, he would get away with it in Russia.

So what do you guys think, is he on peds or not? And how can you see it?

Any HW can KO a HW if he lands a clean punch. I don't think the fight last night proved much other than Povetkin landed a monstrous punch. Wlad still beats him.

Povetkin has been lifting weights over the last few years. Povetkin has replaced fat with muscle. His weight is about the same. I don't see anything dramatic over that period of time (a few years) to suggest peds. I noticed his physique getting a little better with every fight over time.

Well said. Though I knew PED accusations would come out after his improved performances. I just see a guy who's motivated more mentally, as well as physically. That loss to Klitschko was the kick in the rear end that he needed to get things back on track.

Of course he is. A guy who works out his whole life does not suddenly gain muscle and lose fat in his mid 30's unless he has some chemical help.

(and, just about EVERY athlete uses stuff these days. If you ask me is xyz using, my answer is most likely, "yes")

Yes, they are all on 'roids.
I mean, it has to be at least 95% of decent professional heavyweights, and top amateurs too.

With Povetkin, yes, maybe he's been taking something different or upped the dose recently. Who knows.
It doesn't matter. People try to read too much into physique changes. It's debatable in most cases if that's your only measure. The only thing you need to know is that almost all top athletes are on PEDs.

You can be sure he's taken PEDs in his career, over the years, and continues to.
All the true professionals do so.

He trained as a boxer his whole life yeah. He has only been lifting weights for a few years. A few years of proper weight training for a naturally big guy ( endomorph), I don't see him as getting unrealistic results.

What do expect for him to bust his ass in the gym for 3 years and look exactly the same? His weight has barely changed, but he is more toned.

Well, he probably is but I'll treat it the way I do every other boxer, innocent until proven guilty, so until he gets caught there's no reason to single him out.

If you think he has no fat, you're wrong. Anyway, he may have just started lifting weights. I'm just saying his body is far from unattainable without roids.

    Can't add more.

Does he use something? Most likely YES.

    Is he a cheater? NO.

Because others use something, too (most likely)

Ya there are videos of him power lifting for the Klychko camp he's obviously kept it up since then. He used to be solid at 225 but would start getting chubby around 230 like in the Chagaev fight. Yesterday he was solid at 232 so he's packed on a few pounds of muscle and improved his explosiveness which was already pretty good.

He's always had that sightly chubby but explosive thing going on like Fyodor Emelianenko. They're muscular, athletic and solid but with a little layer of chub on top like a Polar Bear.
