    Much better work from Dirrell in the 7th. That's what he should have been doing from the get go, be 1st and throw those fast, crisp combos. And keep your hands up higher.

    Dirrell is jabbing and missing. DeGale is letting him lead. DeGale edges in on Dirrell, baiting him, then smoothly glides out while slipping jabs. Big 1-2-1-2-1-2 salvo by Dirrell pushing DeGale into the ropes, all blocked. DeGale is teasing Dirrell at medium-long range. Accurate right jabs placed by DeGale. Another long combo by Dirrell pushing DeGale onto the ropes.

    10-9 Dirrell, the higher quality was from DeGale but he just didn't work enough.

    While landing next to nothing. He only won the 7th because DeGale went on vacation offensively. (but when he tried, he found Dirrell easily with the slip-and-counter jab)
