Sergio Martinez in his prime would have been an incredibly tough fight for GGG, and I wouldn't rule out a Martinez close win. As far as Froch-Groves, Carl underestimated his power which is pretty especially if the rumors are true and he dropped GGG in sparring as well, Carl walked into that huge shot and went.....and then he got back up and walked through unfazed about 100 more and stopped Georgie Porgie, and yes he stopped him, I wish the ref had of let it continued so everyone wouldn't have had that slim flicker of hope that Groves could have mounted a comeback, because Carl was on his way to thoroughly Buteing Groves.

And for the record Sergio and Carl are my 2 favorite boxers but Froch would have beheaded Martinez.

Oh now I see why you're overrating him, I thought Wlad was your fave.

I have many favorites Wlad being one of them, but I favor Sergio and Carl over him, Sergey is another of my current and hopefully for Sergey long term favorites, but only a crazy person could look at Froch's resume and not be impressed, its only overrating if its an embellishment, there's no need to embellish with one of the best current resumes in the sport.

Like I said I favor GGG over everyone except for Froch and Ward. Underestimate Frochy at your own peril shoe. Don't be shocked when Froch pulls another upset, how many upsets can someone pull of before everyone start realizing how damn good he is.:deal

Bro, if you're that confident put money up. I think you're highly overrating Froch, not his resume, but his skills. You think I'm underrating Froch, we both clearly disagree wtih each other. Money talks bs walks. I'll give 3:1 odds if the happens, 300 for 100.

 they're as different as Ali & Foreman were talent-wise and in this case Ali has Foreman's power. Froch will get his face caved in.

It's not going to be an 'upset' though is it?

Every bookmaker in the land will have Froch as the betting favourite if the fight occurs at 168.

And you never see a poor bookie 😉

I'm too stingy for that, I almost never bet money on anything.

As far as his skills go, they are underrated, when he wants to comprehensively outbox an opponent he can, Groves2 and AA matches would be the best blueprint to look at if he fights GGG, Froch won't come running in like a madman, he'll take his time with GGG. And he can because GGG would be crazy to try and pressure Froch, Froch hits way to hard to try that with.

GGG's skills are slightly overrated and Froch's are underrated, building toward the perfect storm of a massie upset for all of the GGG fanboys on here. Froch is just too big, too wily, has too much grit, too good of a chin, and far too much will to be steamrolled.

Froch doesn't hit that hard, we've been through this. What iron has he cracked, he's mostly stopped glass. The last decent chin he's stopped was Taylor, and let's be honest Taylor isn't packing iron by any means.

I completely disagree with you, GGG's skills are overrated by some fanboys, but very underrated by the haters and I think I'm right in the middle. We'Ll just have to wait for the fight to happen,if you don't want to bet money what about a week ban bet, I mean anything, show that you're truly confident behind your pick.

1 Week Ban bet is fine. I'm up for that. And I usually don't do ban bets.
