I highly, highly doubt this ****ogy. Their two names are mentioned casually in sports media. I've never heard of those two names mentioned outside of these forums, never.

That is because the NBA is a mainstream sport!!!

DeGale/Dirrell are a damn sight better in their sports than Tyreke Evans is in his.

I'm just saying what's going to happen. I'd prefer Pac to beat Khan and then go down and dominate 140. But that won't happen.

They'll have a rematch next year to make another 9 fig payday. If its not rigged, then Pac will lose and then he'll retire. If it is rigged, then Pac will win and then they'll make a trilogy that will break all previous records and get them so much money they'll laugh. I don't think it will be rigged though.

Excellent post. Thanks for the details. I knew something was very odd when he backed off that combo in the 4th after hurting Floyd who was covering up on the ropes. There was no reason to back off as Mayweather was just trying to survive.

^He backed off because he threw about 12 punches in flurries while Floyd was on the ropes and recognized he wasn't landing very many of them. He figured it was a trap floyd was setting him up on, thus he backed off accordingly.

The only thing that's been recycled or all the rumors and falsities. I doubt what was said in my post has been said even three times before because the only things that are being regurgitated on these forums are the laughable rumors that most trolls say. If what I wrote has been said many times before then no one would be claiming Pac's injury was faked or insignificant. Reason why I wrote it was to clear all these dumb rumors up.

pacquiao has too speed and power for khan. if Pac was able to land that straight left on Mayweather, then you can guarantee it'll land on khan...and khan's chin is questionable.

Well I don't agree with the notion that both guys will make 9 figures. Probably Mayweather will, but definitely not pacman.

I'd imagine the split would be 75-25 the second time around. I also think it'll be lucky to get 2 million PPV buys at a 50.00 cost this time around since the first one didn't live up to the hype,

Personally i don't want to see it. FLoyd should end up beating him more dominantly in a sequel. Once he's seen your style already, it's pretty much over in a rematch.

Much rather see FLoyd face anyone else, and that includes Danny Garcia. Pacman had his chance and he should've put up more of a fight. His arm didn't look bad to me at all in the fight, and even if it was, he should've resorted back to his one-punch style that made him dominant in the mid 2000's when he was predominantly only a left handed fighter. Back than he threw with one hand and still hovered around 80 punches per round. His punch output was nullified because FLoyd is a moving target.

And I have to ask you one last time, why do you care so much about a rematch occurring? Don't tell me it's so they can get big paydays, who cares about other people's finances anyway??

This is what you get when you listen to rumors and outside perspectives. Why not listen to the actual fighter, the doctor, the medical reports that all coincide with each other?

You seem like an honest person so I can respect that. Don't you get tired of just arguing and discussing Pac/Floyd. Wouldn't it be more interesting to discuss other boxers?

Of course, I do. Not as much, but Floyd and Pac are my two absolute favorites which is why they get most of my attention. I can never get tired talking about them, lol. Maybe one day haha

Yes, but you're talking the wrong ****.

Anyone with half a brain detailed exactly how this fight would go down.... SIX years ago. The fight formula never changed, it was always going to be a case of Floyd controlling distance far too effectively and being able to counter/potshot at will.

I pulled up posts I made in 2009 which pointed out Pacquaio would have moments where his flurries looked effectively but ultimately with the exception of one or two shots in the entire fight, he'd never hit Floyd flush and he'd never hurt Floyd.

I pointed out Floyd wouldn't go aggressively for the knock out, ultimately because he would protect his 0 but said late in the fight I could see Manny walking onto a straight right hand...

Thing us, Marquez made Manny walk onto that right hand, which made Manny ultra cautious. This fight stunk because the things that Manny was supposed to do, he couldn't do. But ultimately, Floyd would beat Manny 100 times out of 100.

Hell, 2015 Floyd Mayweather Jr beats 2009 Manny Pacquaio - let alone the 2002-2005 version that was truly in his prime.
