Chunky becoming world champ, when Groves must have been sure he would be the one out of the two to have picked up the strap. He's got a tough fight ahead of him in Jack. Do you guys see him winning it, setting up a rematch with DeGale?

Groves probably wanted DeGale to win.

Saint George will smash Jack and set up a big money rematch with Chunky next year. :deal

Why? I think watching that fight last night he would be very confident of beating degale

Sick? He's seeing a potential big money fight on the horizon (which isn't the case for most fighters who are on a streak of 2 consecutive stoppages)

Groves has been shockingly bad in last few fights and beating Jack wont be a forgone conclusion...

it dont look like he is enjoying going baldy to me

It probably doesn't bother him much. He has his own title shot coming up soon and he has already beaten DeGale before.

Well I just meant sick, in that Chunky wakes up a world champion and Groves wake up as the dude who got starched in a fight he was so sure of winning. He must be a little peeved surely? After all the talk about how great he was already.

I think the Jack fight is a difficult one to call to be honest. Groves will have that KO against Froch at the back of his mind. He's got it all to do in that fight. Plus, always a question mark over his stamina and punch resistance up at this level. I give him a good shot of beating Jack, but it's not going to be easy and I predict a few hairy moments for him.
