    He was ranked essentially by attrition, because of the complete lack of depth in the division in which he fought. His record was/is entirely padded (if not a total fabrication consisting entirely of fixed matches) with nothing on it to ever substantiate being world ranked. There just aren't many straw light flyweights or in the world - and of the ones there are, precious few are even halfway decent. 788 active between the divisions, of whom maybe two dozen are remotely good with a huge drop-off in quality with the other ~750 or so. Basically anybody racking up a 25-0 (25) record is going to get ranked even if they were 25 nobodies at home.

    Blasphemy. Raymi was criminally underrated in one of the deepest divisions in boxing. Only Western corruption and bias kept us from seeing more from the greatest KO artist in the history of the sport before it was too late...
