Do you really think Groves v DeGale II will be big enough to fill Wembley by 2016

A few casuals I know who went to the fight, and it was their first fight seemed to enjoy it. So I think it could be done again. I had floor seats so I could see the ring, but surely the people who bought upper tier tickets must of known they wouldn't be able to see?

upper tier tickets were £30 I think, if ppvs 20quid its not that much more to go, if you're local to London.

a tighter stadium, such as white hart lane is probably better, with groves being Chelsea and degale being ****nal (I'm convinced he was QPR) I can't see it being at either emerites or Stamford bridge, would that west ham stadium be ready?

You're either a stadium type or you're not.

    I'm not. :good

Not a stadium type personally but if they get a killer undercard and people are happy to go there for it then I'm not against it. 80,000 is a lot (just ask Carl...), maybe this would be better suited - as suggested elsewhere - to a slightly smaller footie stadium.

Hope this fight gets made though! I had DeGale as the winner in the first one

    Can't see it myself.

The first fight was quite the bore.

It's a stadium fight definitely - but I don't think it does 80,000 even with them being London boys.

Hearn and a lot of people seem to have gone Wembley daft.. just because it's a big fight doesn't automatically mean Wembley.

Froch and Groves captured the publics imagination.

    1. Because the 1st fight was a belter, so people knew the rematch would be a good fight.
    2. The controversial ending, people wanted to see a conclusive finish.
    3. They couldn't stand each other.. every time they were in each others company something would happen.

With Groves and Degale, you've got the great backdrop in that they go way back to the amateurs and don't like one another. But the first fight wasn't that great and Degale doesn't have an army of fans like Froch. Groves would be the bigger name that the "casuals" know more about.

Might be pointless to you but they amount of money made from it won't make it pointless to the promoters.

A closer to the pitch Staduim like the Emirates or Stamford bridge would be ideal

I fancy Groves strongly in this rematch.

I think Stamford Bridge is more realistic
