As in it's just a hobby and you compete but you have no aspirations for Pro?

If so, how many days a week do you do JUST boxing specific training?

I don't have any inspiration of becoming, bro, but I boxe to win ( would love to go to the olympics if I get the opportunity ! ).

I train boxing twice a week & train cardio, strenght etc 3 times a week, I give myself 2 days offa week ( sometimes 3 if I have stuff to do ) to do nothing relevant & just chill, hang out and do school works.

I shadow box every day for at least 10-15 minutes.
Classes. I go once or twice a week.

I try to train like a boxer (minus the heavy bag) and try to imitate the diet as well but, don't or can't have dreams to become a boxer anymore..

Started late (36) So yeah, I train hard, at least 5 days a week. Entirely boxing specific training, and compete 3-6 times a year.

Ah no, I actually really want to use a heavy bag. But my apartment is small and they are quite strict as to what you can do and what you can't do here. (I live in Japan). There aren't a lot of boxing gyms and the ones that are here are a little expensive. Thinking of buying one if I move to a bigger place...

I was training twice a day 6 days a week getting ready for amateur fights.

I don't think the frequency of training is any different for most amateurs and pros...the content of the sessions is what should vary.

I don't yet but I'm planning to. I love boxing too much to not participate at least in some way, I may even try to become an amateur but I'm not sure if I'll have the dedication required for something like that (I've got a job to worry about + a bunch of other things).

It’s a hobby for me. I box once a week now but have been boxing for over 21 years. I had 4 amateur bouts when I first started and fell in love with the training. Having a career, family and other fitness goals makes boxing a good workout and changes things up for me. It’s not a bad feeling knowing you could dot someone’s eyes if you had too either.

3 or 4 times per week like 2 hours. I also compete sometimes but just for fun. There is almost no pro boxing here but there are many people that train hard and learn good bases of boxing just because they like it, so it doesn't have to absorb your whole life and you can still do the best you can.
