This is set for June 26th at the Echo Arena. Can Smith do what Groves couldn't do and stop Rebrasse....can Rebrasse do what he couldn't do to Groves and beat Smith? Discuss :think
Callum's so-called power has been non-existent as he's stepped it up. Rebrasse took plenty of decent shots vs Groves - can't see a finish. Think the fight's a lot tougher than people think.
Groves got a lot of stick for that fight but I think Rebrasse is underrated. I see Smith winning but it will be on points
Smith by stoppage in my opinion. Late on in the fight Rebrasse will be knackered from all the body work Smith has done and the ref will call an end to the fight.
Yep, exactly the way I see it. Callum's chin will be tested for the first time too which will be interesting to see.
Callum smith for me is going to be a world champion. His body work is 2nd to none and I truly believe he is a superstar in the making.
Hope so. Hopefully they will have him get that freaking belt that Abraham and Stielgitz pass between each other.
Very true. Imagine having 3 British world champions at super middle will do wonders for Boxing. I think Smith has his eyes set on the winner of Groves v Jack. I believe he will test anyone in the division at the minute bar probably Froch
I agree with this. Groves was buzzed a few times by Rebrasse too. He's no puncher but he hits more than hard enough to trouble Smith if his chin Price or Khan like. I think it will be a tough fight with Smith winning by a few rounds. Rebrasse was competitive vs Groves, won a few rounds and is huge at the weight.
I think Smith as a mandatory will be Hearn's plan B if Groves decides to reject DeGale (more likely to stick it to Hearn than to duck him), if not might be wise for him to chase Abraham.
