Javier Mendoza is a Short 24 year old Light Flyweight with a 23-2-1 19 KO's 1 KO loss. Born and fighting out of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. While Javier is certainly no world beater, he is pretty fun to watch. He's a typical wild hombre from Mexican he goes in arms flailing swinging for the fences. He loves huge wide uppercuts that most somewhat skilled fighters could easily slip and he's very fond a massive right and left hooks, he's relentless and when he lands on his opponents he usually hurts them. He's lost once by TKO and once by UD and had a draw, all of these missteps were in his formative years so hopefully he's learned from those mistakes, his UD loss and Draw were 4 roundes so nothing that bad. Now he's going up against the durable Milan Melindo, while I have my doubts he'll be able to topple the Melindo if he does and by stoppage that will be quite an accomplishment. So Check Out Javier the current IBF Light Flyweight in Action he's damn fun to watch. :toney:toney:toney:toney

Melindo is up against it in Mexico.

A real shame that the Mendoza Vs Garcia-Hirale came on the Salido Vs Terdsak bout card as it was a genuine FOTY contender in it's own right, it just ended up massively over-shadowed by the bout that came after it.

Whilst crude I think Melindo is a divisonal danger man and I'd love to see him with Ryo Miyazaki as that would be a WAAAARRRR

I don't think he'll stop Melindo but I kinda think Melindo will need a KO for a draw...and Melindo don't punch hard enough for that.
