Be a lineal champion simultaneously in 3 division by beating Cotto or Garcia?

49 can be Garcia @ 140, 50 can be Cotto at 160. :hammertime

4 weight lineal champion simultaneously :hammertime

He's undoubtedly the best fighter in this era, best resume, best h2h ability.:deal

I want Floyd to break Marciano's record. Then he will definitely be a top 10 ATG.

I think he should fight Brook and then fight on PBC for his 50th fight against the winner of Cotto vs Alvarez

he should never compare himself with atg boxing fighters. he is an atg in preserving his "0" for money in boxing so health comes first.

Whatever he wants to do. He can cherry pick for a couple ****py fights, take it easy, and fade into the sunset or rematch for one last big pay day. It's whatever he wants to do. I think he'll go for the big money again w/ Pac... which I guess is still technically taking it easy.

Yeah the but hurt even today is amazing. Any sport shouldn't be treated as a popularity contest especially boxing. This is not American idol wherw who is liked the most wins regardless if they suck or not. This is not Hunger Games lol. Come back to reality and accept that Floyd put Manny in survivor mode after just landing a couple of right hand counters in the first round. Manny did not fight his fight. Additionally here's a recap on scoring criteria:

    Effective Agression:
Moving forward "WHILE" effectively landing clean punches and causing your opponent no success. You don't get points for this just walking forward, throwing 5-6-7 or even 8 punch flurries or combinations to only land one or two which is what Manny did. He missed 80% of his punches for crying out loud.

    Clean Punching:
Self ****ing explanatory. You're not going to score in this category when you miss 80% of your punches in a fight a la your false hero, Manny.

    Ring Generalship:
This goes to the fighter who dictates the style and pace of the fight. Following a guy and once again missing 80% of your punches like Manny did will not score you points in this regards. Especially when you're a guy who's known to throw 1000 punches a fight but threw one of your lowest outputs in your entire career.

    Defense:
Yeah believe it or not defense is just as important as offense. If a fighter, let's say Manny for example misses 80% of his punches, chances are his opposition is going to be favored in this category. Defense is a criteria whether some of you like to include it or not.

POPULARITY: Not part of scoring criteria:
Just because you favor a person over another has no effect on scoring a fight. Once again, this is not Hunger Games, nor American Idol, this is boxing.

Religion/Karma/Metaphysical Beliefs/Spiritual Intagables, Not part of scoring a ****en fight lmao:
I'm seeing too much superstition in play surrounding the character of one man against the other. Since you ****s give your opinion on this and you think it has merit, I going to give mine...

God doesn't give a **** who wins a boxing match. One guy is a false idol to many who parades around as a Christian, meanwhile cheats on his wife, doesn't take care of his kid from a prostitute he cheated on his wife with, doesn't pay taxes or the real collection plate that matters, is a hypocrite. Floyd although a piece of **** in some areas in his life doesn't try to portray himself as something he's not. We all know his goal is money. He lets us know he's willing to do whatever for money. It's no secret dude wants money and will do anything for it. To me he's not only a far better fighter but he's also a person who is more true to himself. He took the fight more serious, his victory was in the ring, unlike Manny who's victory was at the weigh in and quite frankly he's winning in the game of life regardless if some but hurt fans hate him but still support him by purchasing his fights. See how stupid this is. I'm not focusing on boxing but am now Dr. Phil like a lot of you clowns talking about some dumb **** that's not relevant to boxing by describing a hypocrite and a hutsler. So in conclusion all that matters is this....

48-0. The best of our generation. It's undeniable. Manny Pacquiao will forever be number 48 period. ****ing deal with it and let it rest in peace.

The only thing left is Golovkin 'challenge' wise, if he's TBE he needs to take that fight, or a time machine. Other than that a solid fight with someone else, I suppose Cotto is acceptable but the belt isn't that special with how he won it, Thurman, Garcia, Khan are the best of an okay bunch tbh. Bradley would be a boring fight but is with Top Rank, Matthysse would be as good as the other three. Canelo and Marquez shouldn't go near Floyd again. Manny needs to win a significant match and come up with a better plan if he wants to be 50-0 or 49-1. Oh yeah Brook would be okay but needs another live opponent, I mean he's got Porter and who else?
