Undefeated IBF Super Bantamweight world champion and emerging superstar Carl "The Jackal" Frampton is pleased to announce that he has signed a deal to work with influential boxing advisor Al Haymon.

Haymon currently works with a number of leading boxers including Floyd Mayweather, Amir Khan, Robert Guerrero , Adrien Broner, Erislandy Lara, Danny Garcia and many others.

Al Haymon will work as an advisor to Carl Frampton, who will continue to be managed by IBHOF member Barry McGuigan and promoted by Cyclone Promotions.

Speaking on the agreement, Frampton said: “I am very happy to have signed with Al Haymon. Al Haymon has a formidable reputation in boxing and has been the catalyst to securing the biggest fights in recent years. This is an exciting stage of my career after winning my world title, and my team and I know that this relationship with Al Haymon will help take my career to the next level. I am looking forward to it.”

Frampton's manager and former World Champion Barry McGuigan said: "We are delighted to add Al Haymon to the team. Al Haymon is the best at what he does, there is no question about this. Al works with many world class fighters in the super bantamweight and featherweight divisions, so there will be plenty of attractive fights for Carl in the coming years. Carl is moving towards the peak of his career and we believe this is the perfect time to strike up this partnership."

There will be news of Carl Frampton's second defense of his World Title coming soon.

    Great move.

Frampton is very very very good.

He'll top the p4p lists very soon, this guy is ultra talented.

With Haymon at the helm, there's nothing he can't do. :nod

There's rumor that Rigo may be signing with Haymon soon. If Al can set that up once they're both in his stable it would be one of the very, very best fights to be made in boxing. :good

I see Frampton hitting the p4p lists soon. He's so talented.

What he did vs Avalos the last time around, great stuff.

So he has an advisor, manager and a promoter?:lol:

Nothing like inserting a bunch of middle men between you and your money.

Yeah, if Haymon is good then why does he need a promoter and a manager? Time to get rid of dead weight :good

Barry Mcguigan thinks Carl Frampton can be the greatest Irish boxer of all time. Jim Watt thinks Carl Frampton is the guy who stole his apple sauce in the old people's home.

But I agree, Frampton is a P4P talent :good But he ain't gonna beat Rigo unless they wait for Rigo to get old. The Quigg fight should definitely be made ASAP.

You mean Frampton. Frampton will get rid of Barry McGuigan, etc and he'll be fighting on PBC real soon.
