Is a ref allowed to be a judge at the same time?
I checked Raymi's fights and there is a "ref", called Amin Al Anisi.
On 16th Oct 2014 he reffed a fight and was points judge and had one fighter 120-108.
Is stuff like that allowed?

 

Also, I legitimately wish we could have seen Raymi vs. Segura. I just think that would have been a highly enjoyable fight.
