Usually, there are no rematches for superfights, so don't get your hopes up.

'hopes up'? The first fight was a stinker. No hopes here they'll do it again.

    9 figures.

Purse, my friend. A 9 figure purse. Not including PPV...jeez. It's unfair. Showtime promises him 32 million each fight, but they don't promise him PPV's over a million.

Floyd could get a 9 figure purse + 2.4-2.8 million PPV buys. That's STILL a ridiculous amount.

:nod That is a ridiculous purse. I was just pulling your leg about the 9 zeroes slip up.

But it's rumored that his next fight will be a 9 figure purse + PPV rev regardless of the opponent. If I were him I'd rather put a new name on my resume.

I think people give him too much **** for that fight.

He's a good fighter and jumped up way too quickly.

He thought he could do a Pacquiao, but failed miserably.

I see him being a potentially great fighter, I really do.

He is a huge **** I completely agree with that, but still, he's a great personality for the sport.

He's better for the sport of boxing than without.

He's not as 'exposed' as a lot of people make out. But he could conceivably have already lost his zero before the Chino fight. He needs to move back down to 140 and start moving his hands and he could still be very good, don't know about great.

I think he should too. I just don't think he will. Maybe if he still had passion for the sport he would, but now he just looks at it all from a business point of view. He's admitted that, and it's okay. He's doing what's best for his and his family.

Also, where's this rumor of his next opponent being a 9 figure purse?

I actually think he's funny. I used to really dislike him, but now that he's taken a loss and can't keep acting like he's the next Floyd before proving it he's kind of growing on me.

    Possible.

Taking a loss to Maidana is nothing to be ashamed of.

He had 1 fight against Paulie at 47 b4 that one, probably underestimated Maidana a tad too much.

    Broner could be great. Possible.

If he moved up slowly, I believe he would still be undefeated to this day. I really do

There was a link posted about it either yesterday or this morning. Who knows if it's true, but if it is then I think he'll fight someone new.

He's probably the funniest guy in the sport of boxing, along with Fury.

Those 2 would be amazing doing their own comedy show/standup. :yep

I like Fury and Broner, a hell of a lot. They're really good fighters and they give this sport a good spark in terms of entertainment. :nod:yep

Entirely possible. But at the same time there are many who thought he should have already lost against DPDL and Paulie.

Same here :good Couldn't stand either at one point but they've both grown on me. I hope Broner beats Porter.

Fury's concerts and Broner's raps and weird whack ass dances. :yep

Yes, I want Broner to win too. A lot of people are writing him off, with good reason, but I want to see him pull this off. :deal
