I agree somewhat, he got overrated briefly after (legitimately) defeating Provodnikov, who in turn had a lot of undue hype built up beyond his true level.

And then of course Pac Nation wanted him to be some kind of monster to vicariously pump up their man.

I don't know if saying he isn't top-10 @ 140lb holds water, though. :think Maybe a tad far in the other extreme direction.
