followed the guy since his way up. crazy it's come to this. he always seemed very well mannered and respectful in all his interviews and even in the corner during fights he was always yes sir and no sir. he's lost it. like junior seau/javon belcher type lost it. sad. he's a danger to himself and others.
Me too I followed him from the Olympics all the way to ESPN to HBO. He seemed like such a fun loving family guy when they would profile him and his family on tv. He seemed just like a county boy from Arkansas living out his dream. Things seemed to change when he ditched Pat Burns for Steward. He is the poster child for CTE now and I hope he can get some help before he or someone else gets killed.
yep. interesting trivia note that he beat kelly pavlik in the olympic trials. and yeah he seemed like a genuinely good guy. crazy how much time has passed and to see him like this. would have never considered this a possible future for him when he was beating (debatable i know) hopkins.
