he looked pretty good in his last outing of course versus limited opposition. if he can remain injury free, he could be a contender to the title

Make a fight with Helenius and Price. If he can't get past Price, then he's not going to be a top contender.

He's still big, and can hit. Give him 1-2 more fights, than I'd back him to spark Wilder.

Helenius problem right know is that he trains in Finland.Helenius sparring partners are mostly Finnish and some journeyman's from eastern europe.also his father and one other bloke.who name i can't currently remember, are training him.

And nevermind.now Helenius is fighting at Vaasa, and before that in Tallinn.i think big problem is to find proper opponents, venues etc..

Nevermind Helenius has history with hand problems.

Only way i see Helenius Back in top 10 and maybe fighting for title,if he leaves Finland and soon.i'm from Finland, and we lack quality coaches, and especially good enough sparring partners.

Its going to be tough for Helenius to get back the momentum he had several years ago.

He had beaten Peter, Liakovich, Bidenko, and a shot Brewster all by ko and in his first 15 fights, pretty impressive start he was on.

He's had hand and promotion issues and just one of those can be career killers, let alone both.

He looked good in his last fight against weak competition and he's having his second fight in under 3 months so there are some positives in this current comeback.

I hope he comes back to where he was several years ago, or close to it. He's a big punching heavyweight with some talent, the division could use a guy like that.

    Well.....like some have said.

Getting out of Finland could be a hurdle and Sauerland may have been his best bet, but I'm sure Krassyuk from K2 WOULD help him if they sought K2 out.
Does Karl H have the humilty to let his son go to the competition????

Could sign a 3-5 fight deal and fight on Wlads or GGGs undercards vs the likes of Banks, Mitchell, Thompson and Solis. If he could get through those names he'd be bonafide and wed know he's 100%.
I believe K2 is desparate for a HW contender for when Wlads is retired.

Maybe they can work something out

    LOL!!!!

I say get him back in there with Chisora. They both need someplace to go. The fight just makes sense.

Helenius is the black horse in the heavyweight division. He is big, skilled, and powerful. Not easy opponet to anyone, when he's 100% healthy.
