Nothing, not now. How do you sell Khan off the back of that? "Khan, The man who was buzzed by Algieri" or "Khan, the man who pretty much was walked down by a LWW with no power"?

Khan just struggled his way through 12 rounds against a LWW who has no punching power, was buzzed a few times, and Algieri was coming off the back of a beating.

Forget the styles make fights line because Khan turned down Brook and Bradley for Algieri to try and do a better job than Pacquiao and call for a Mayweather fight.

This fight was Khan choice and he failed to look very good, infact he failed to look good.

Khan should just forget about Mayweather, it's not competitive.

well he brings more of a style challenge than anyone recently on mayweathers resume barring pac

    Floyd can fight

    pac II
    Thurman
    Khan

who above those 3 based upon now ?

Who looked worse floyd against maidana or khan against algieri ? very similar performances with floyd edging ahead

Personally I'd rather see Thurman against Floyd

    an easy payday for Floyd.

I think Thurman would be a better challenge for Floyd.

Khan looking vulnerable against an Algieri makes me believe Floyd is more likely to choose him as an opponent. Khan has undoubtedly the largest fanbase from Floyds remaining potential opponents. It makes business sense & Floyd surely fancies the fight now.

Will this performamce finally give Khan what hes been itching for over the last few years?

Yup. Mayweather cherrypicks him. It'll get 0 support, but it's an easy, easy KO win. I'm okay with it too. I just want to see Mayweather's KO drought end.

Mayweather won't KO Khan. He will win an easy decision.

Feather-fisters don't beat Khan, I don't care if their name is Algieri, Malignaggi or Mayweather.

Mayweather isn't feather-fisted. He isn't a huge puncher, but he is NOT feather-fisted.

Lamont Peterson got dropped twice and lost to Khan got a hometown decision courtesy of the hatman. If you want to talk KO percentages Peterson is a career JWW so his percentage (weak as it is) is legit.

Mayweather's KO percentage as a welterweight? 21% and that's being kind with the Ortiz sucker-punch, it's really 14% above 140lbs.

    He's a feather-fister, and feather-fisters don't beat Khan.

So is Mayweather, only 2 legit KOs at 147lbs. Powerpuff stuff.

Mayweather's KO percentage is inflated by fights at lower weights, he's really a feather-fisted welter, his KO percentage is a lowly 14%.
