Proof that Mike Tyson was always intimidated by Evander Holyfield

Yeah. a !7 and 21 year old do some sparring and the more experienced guy gets the upper hand some times ? No shid Einstein....Jorge Gonzales sure dented Bowe in the Amateurs but got beat sense less as a pro when they met...same with Tillman......but what it does show that certain forum members don't know shid. have never been ring side or in a Champs camp and are only qualified to talk out of there azz.

 

I don't think Tyson was intimidated by Holyfield.

It's funny that people are saying "Tyson was only 17 !" ... when we all know he was a beast in the professionals before he turned 20 ! Besides, Holyfield was much smaller, so it evens out.

I respect both guys. And 'sparring sessions' in the amateurs don't prove much.

Womack, for his part, ended up in jail, and eventually offed himself not long after getting out.

As others have stated, Holyfield's courage was one of his strongest assets. He would get pulled into brawls when he should have been moving in and out. His pride wouldn't allow him to give up his ground.

Watch the look in Holyfield's eye during the stare down of the second Tyson fight. Never seen that look in Evander's eye before. Guy was on a mission that night...

 

The only ones talking out of their azzes are the usual Tyson fan boy freaks, as they do in every thread involving him, and even some they hijack by bringing his name into it.

Holyfields own book, doesn't declare a winner as such in regards to their sparring session. It just states Evander despite being the smaller guy, being a lhw, was able to hang with Tyson.

He also said if they do ever fight, the winner will be whoever wants it more.

 

Well that ****es all over the myth that you along with other Tyson nuthuggers agree with that a smaller version of Holyfield would get wiped out by the larger Tyson...
