    Hgh makes the internal organs to swell up, taking more space and protruding out. Also hgh increases water retention.

    Squats, and deadlifts will build huge abs.
    It might be partly due to taking, and holding a big breath at the bottom of a back squat like powerlifters, and Oly lifters do.
    Guys doing 1000's of sit up will never build the abdominal mass a heavy squatter will.

    ...is that a new thing? There was a number of fighters who stated they hadn't been tested until they'd fought for British titles last year (or year before?) and that was part of the reason that Olubamiwo got to take a ridiculous ****tail of banned stuff...

    ...and why Olubamiwo was able to rat someone else out, who hadn't been tested

    He's a better boxer than Del Boy and has 10x the heart.

    I'm not saying he's going to dominate the HW division but his style will be an interesting match up for Joshua.

    He is the epitome of a guy in shape and yet his HGH gut protrudes six inches past his chest like frank bruno.
