This forum is so re****ed when it comes to PEDs. Protruding gut is caused by long term use of insulin and HGH is is not a major cause of it. Secondly, when lean, a protruding gut can appear more pronounced simply after the consumption of a heavy meal or some sort of fluid. Joshua's isn't even really protruding significantly there. Seriously if you don't know anything about hormone use, just don't comment.

 

HGH is usually used alongside insulin to make it even more potent
