I once believed to have purchased it off a seller which, in actuality, turned out to be no more than Sam's bout with Jim Barry. There's another chap out there flaunting supposed stills of Greb sparring.

Still, rumours of footage persist. You'd think it would. I believe Sam credited it with being the most he was ever paid for one fight.

The supposed footage of Greb is Kurt Noltimier up to his old tricks. First it was Greb sparring Big Bill Tate then the same footage was Greb fighting Allentown Joe Gans. I debunked both but he continues to attempt to find some rube to sell it to. This after trying to pass off Dempsey sparring Jock Malone as Dempsey sparring Greb and Dempsey sparring Tillie Kid Herman as Dempsey sparring Greb. Hes a sad individual.

IMO, if something emerges that he does not have, brokering a trade with him will could be difficult because he airs his laundry ( Langford vs Jeannette ) at times in public forums.

For those interested in boxing films, you can always call universities, libraries, and archived newspaper videos and ask them what they have.

It will be significantly cheaper....than you too can claim to own some " Rare " films.

Most boxing films are like baseball cards these days. Their value has dwindled. Most of them can be obtained for less than a PPV buy. There are few rare ones.
