It's obvious Khan is holding out for the Mayweather fight. If that fight falls through, and Khan is still refusing to fight Brook, then he deserves criticism.
Nothing wrong with wanting to fight the best.

    1. Khan too would make a whole lot more money than he made vs Algieri. In fact, he will make more money than his last few fights combined.
    2. Brook owns a major belt in Khan's divison and has an undefeated status whereas Khan has neither.
    3. We believe what we see, and what we see is that Khan is ducking Brook, it's obvious really.

I don't think anybody is denying that. My point was Hearn is just whinging because Khan is not allowing Hearn to make money off him.

    See above.

He's obviously avoiding fighting Brook. He doesn't need Brook and doesn't want to fight him at the moment obviously.

Khan hunting for the Mayweather fight is a bit of a fool's errand as Mayweather cherrypicks who he wants and nobody Khan beats is gonna change that. Thing is, I think the best route to Mayweather for Khan is through Brook. If Khan were to beat Brook then a Mayweather/Khan fight next May looks great for all involved. Huge money, Mayweather could by then retire on 50-0 holding all the belts at WW, and with his first knockout in yonks to boot.

It so obvious Khan is waiting for the mayweather fight, hence the limited risk factor. I've giving Khan the benefit of the doubt up until now.

He has now no option. If no mayweather this September he has to face a top name. If no mayweather I can see it being Broner or Bradley next.

If Eddie keeps goading Khan the fight will never happen with Brook

to be fair, any time kell and eddie are in front of the media they are always asked if the khan fight will happen.

eddie was right to do what he did. what he said was the truth, only one fighter stopping the fight the fans and media cannot understand amir khan's logic.

    nobody buys his excuses!

    Spot on :good

Forget Brook Vs Khan, Khan has made it clear that he does not have the stomach for it.
Brook should move on and let Khan waste away on Friday nights on Spike TV.

What does make me laugh is Eddie Hearn telling the truth abut Khans U.S fan base.
Having to give away 70% of tickets, half empty venues, Algieri Vs Khan in front of only 3500 "fans" on Spike TV

Khan is nowhere near as popular or as "big" as Khan and his fans say he is. It really is delusional.

Con man won't fight Brook, he'll continue to fight washed up has beens, and guys who are tailor made for him until he gets the Mayweather payday. If the fight fails to materialize or if Floyd retires then I could see Khan cashing out against Brook, or Pac or another higher profile opponent who would shatter his incredibly fragile glass chin.

Khan is the most coddled and protected fighter in the sport today. They know his Chin is Glass which is why his last 5 oppoents have a KO rate of 45%

Khan is a Glass Jawed fraud. Everyone knows this.

In the meanwhile, Eddie Hearn has Brook defending his world title against bums and feels thats perfectly justifiable. How about Hearns chase Maidana or Thurman fight.

As a boxing fan , how can you get behind such decision ? if the Floyd fights falls off , not fighthing brook is just plain sad , it will be a MEGA fight , and while Brook will see his biggest payday , so will Khan , why do you (or khan) care how much money Brook makes? he should be thinking about himself , a Brook fight is hugh money wise for him...... other ppl making money is irrelvant.
he doesnt need him he can fight low level figthers and have you buy his tickets , thats true.

Who says I'm getting behind it? Would I like to see the fight? Yes but if it doesn't happen it's not the end of the world to me because there are other good fights out there for both guys.

It would be a big fight, yes.

I don't care. Khan may care because of his ego. Brook and Khan don't get along so Khan may not want to give him the exposure and payday.
Maybe he is thinking about himself too. Doesn't want to risk a potential Floyd fight.

Maybe not to Khan. Plus he doesn't like Brook so not fighting him is maybe a bit of a f*ck you to Brook.

    That's true.

Well not me personally but maybe some people, yeah.
