He proved himself in the Ledwaba fight coming in as a last minute sacrificial lamb but defying the odds & defeating Ledwaba. He hasn't really looked back since. Manny Pacquaio ,an 8 division world champion, was rightfully voted fighter of the decade & of his era. Pacquaio will ALWAYS be regarded as #1.
