Yeah, as if Wilder would admit to not really catching him with the hook in the event Scott took a dive. Citing Wilder isn't exactly impartial information here. Nixon said he wasn't a criminal either so I guess case closed.

I will add that this was the only time I ever supported wilder in a fight

 

Malik Scott took a dive, period

he went down from a set up slap and a punch that landed on his arm

he was fully conscious the whole time, he even had the presence of mind to cushion his fall by grabbing a rope on the way down

lol he even blinked at Wilder like saying ¨hit me now!¨just before Wilder partially landed his half assed slap-right hand combo:rofl

knocked out my ass. next time you insult Tyson by comparing Wilder to Mike, ask yourselves ¿would Tyson need to beat someone like Malik Scott via dive?:-(

 

The Scott KO is so weak that it's either a clear dive or Scott's punch-resistance and his fighting spirit is totally non-existent. Any legit world level fighter would be embarrased to have that as one of their top 3 wins.

Price barely broke into the top 100 when Wilder fought him. Granted it was a massive step up for Wilder to actaully fight someone rated in the top 100 in his 26th fight but Price was unproven against any legit opposition. Tor Hamer was the best fighter he'd been in the ring with to that date. There's no way you can claim he was "a very good fighter", facts dont back that statement up.

 

Wrong, he was destroyed with that left hook.

Deontay timed him well.

He didn't dive anything, he was just outmatched
