Mayweather had a good chin. The few times he has been caught, his legs never failed him and he was able to quickly recover. Due to his style, Mayweather doesn't NEED a granite chin. He's not going to be hit flushed 1000 times over the course of his career. But ALL elite level boxers need to have a good chin. No matter how good, you will get touched over the course of a fight.
