I'm not convinced in the hype.. People keep bringing up the amateur fight with Joshua, so what? Joshua looks the far better of the two at the moment. Whyte will probably go as far as Price, now that I think of it that's actually a pretty good fight. Whyte isn't even a top 5 British HW for me based on what I've seen. I'd have to rank the Fury's, Joshua, Chisora, and maybe even Price or him. If he gets in it's just barely, he might be better than Price.

Lobjanidze if you want to see him walk someone down, or Noniashvili for a quick KO. The Nascimento is quick but sloppy, as are most of Whyte's performances.

Is this guy any good? His opposition seems kind of weak.

Who knows, that's the problem with most up and coming HW's including Joshua and more recently Wilder.

True and it makes no sense for Whyte to face AJ at this point, 2 young HW prospects with little experience?

I hope when Hearns says AJ will have a 'big fight' in September he means someone like Price, Chisora or Thompson.

So do I, let these two gets some decent wins under their belts and then have them face each other.

I would like to see him fight Ian Lewison or something like that, before having him take on AJ. I think the Lewison fight would be exciting and rough. There's a bit of an old skool look about Whyte, but I think Joshua's fundamentals would be too much for him at this point.

Alright, Heavyweight Hammer Of Jamaica is just excessive, why do you have to give this guy three nicknames? Brevity is the slice of life CST19194304093092093093093093.
