    Brook is a solid/big welterweight

    But Khan is a normal sized welterweight as well (maybe a little on the smaller side)

    But the difference in size is much less than the difference between Golovkin and Cotto

    Volume != Weight (Mass)

    Golovkin probably has around 6 pounds on Cotto. Canelo would likely have more on Cotto when they fight than GGG would.

    More like 10 pounds at least

    Cotto probably comes into the ring around the lower 160s and we know that Golovkin comes in around lower to mid 170s

    Thats a big difference in weight

    I believe Golovkin came in to the ring in his last two fights at 168 and at this point, I can almost guarantee Cotto will be around 162 vs Geale.

    Canelo is usually, what, 172+?

    Thats an interesting point

    If a fight did happen between them it would almost certainly be at a catchweight

    Not a fan of that though

    Ok, so 8 pound advantage. Maybe it was the Murray fight he was 168... Which I found odd against a huge Murray. Still wouldn't Canelo be heavier than 170? Wouldn't he have even more of an advantage coming in at upwards of 174? I think Roach made some comment about Cotto fighting at a full 160 in the future which means they are probably gaining some mass and I'd look for Cotto to be at or over 162 on fight night with Geale. I think he was 160 or 160.5 vs Sergio... A year ago.

    Cotto has no business in the ring with GGG:deal
    Cotto will just save $ by not having to pay fees and we all know he needs to move back to 154 anyway:smooch

    That's true. Cotto would certainly have a catchweight for GGG. Golovkin has been lighter on fight night and weigh-in lately. I thought it might be in preparation of a catchweight fight with Cotto... Or that Mayweather pipe dream. lol

    GGG almost 5 11" 170 lbs he's larger than Cotto why most the people don't want to see this fight including Cotto.

    Let's be real, though, we know Cotto isn't going to fight GGG regardless of weights. He'll vacate or Canelo will, if the WBC has the stones to enforce their rules.
