Nope, not both. Pac has almost nothing interesting about him anymore. He's hasn't fought a big puncher in years, is injury prone ,full of excuses and hasn't looked impressive. Mayweather's Zero and his PPV numbers keep him consistently relevant. There will always be an audience who will pay to see that zero vanish.

I can promise you for both careers, they rode off each other. Admit it or not. The whole aurora between both of them is if they ever fought each other. Reason why every tons of interviews up to fights and after fights involved each other. Casuals believed only Pacquiao could take the zero, which kept him relevant. People wondered if Mayweather would ever fight Pacquiao, which kept him relevant.

That aurora is gone now, and instead, it's been replaced by ****ed off fans/turned off fans. Don't believe me now? Just wait till both Networks refuse to release BOTH of their PPV numbers.

You don't know **** about boxing. You think a limited cheating POS like Antonio Margarito is some kind of ATG . On the otherhand PBF is a legit ATG P4P #1 the best fighter of his era and the face of the sport. Meanwhile Margo is a disgraced cheat who had to load his gloves just to be average who won't even sniff the HOF. 48-0 deal with it old fool.:hi:

Casuals? You were one of those casuals. Silly. I'll tell you how relevant FMJ is. As soon as he defeated Pac, as usual there were calls for him to fight someone else he's supposedly been ducking. Almost no one cares who Pac fights next. He can't beat FMJ so he's irrelevant. That's all that mattered to a majority of Pac's fanbase outside of the Phillipines.

That's just the generation 4 Type R, it's been out in Japan for years now. The type r's have been OUT ALREADY IN JAPAN. :nono

    Calm your ass. :patsch

And the new Type R is too expensive for you. Don't think you can just randomly switch from a 1998 Corolla to a 306 HP new Type R. :patsch

This car will be worth 45-50 k

And who's that person people were telling him to not duck after the fight? Because casuals I know only know of Pac and May. How do I know? Because my entire family and all my friends are casuals. They've never heard of khan. They've never heard of Golovkin. How can casuals call for someone he's been ducking if the only person truly publicized him ducking is Pacquiao? Talk to me after his next PPV fight, bud. I guarantee it'll barely break 1 mill. If it's neither Khan or Cotto, then it won't even break a million. Pacquiao won't fight anyone else unless it's a Floyd rematch so talking PPV #'s for him is pointless.

I guess they could play the undefeated card, but holy heck would that fight be boring. I think a Garcia fight would do 800k.

  12. Pacquiao can no longer tout himself as a high grossing PPV fighter after the Mayweather fight. That was his only claim to fame after the Marquez 4 fight. He can only make money fighting Floyd just like everyone else. Mayweather is truly the KING of boxing. Everyone bows down to his demands and they all want to fight him.

It would be crazy boring but I've said it a million times and I'll say it again. National pride sells. There are 5 million Puerto Ricans living in the states. Floyd has never failed to do a million PPV buys since the Oscar fight against any Mexican or Puerto Rican fighter. The only times he has sold less than a million were against Hatton and in both Maidana fights. Was Guerrero or Hatton/Maidana a bigger name? Did anyone think Guerrero had a better chance than Chino in the rematch after a lot of people (wrongly) thought Chino won the first fight. No, of course not, but there are less than 2 million British expats in the states and around 200,000 Argentine-Americans.

Floyd's a mega star, Garcia is Puerto Rican and has been campaigning on NBC/Showtime for a while. The fight would do a million buys, book it. The supposed "Floyd is boring, let's boycott" backlash never happens. As long as Floyd has his 0 and squares off against a Mexican or Puerto Rican fighter you can put that million buys in stone.

Your first paragraph is a misnomer. FLoyd almost always takes fights when his opposition are coming off a big win. In the case of Manny, he annihilated Algieri in route to a very one sided fight with multiple knockdowns. It was the best he looked in the last couple years, but that might be slightly attributed to the decrease in competition level (when comparing Algieri to guys like Bradley and Marquez.)

Floyd took on Canelo after he had the biggest win of his career against Trout, he took on Maidana after he upsetted Broner for his welterweight title (and Maidana was on a nice streak of impressive victories up to that point,) and he took on Pacman after he looked great against Algieri.

The Khan-FLoyd fight might not materialize because Khan didn't dominate Algieri as he was expected to. They need to build guys up to make them viable options to be Floyd's potential opponent.

Wrong. Casual fans extend far beyond FMJ and Pac. You included. You would bet against Pac fighting someone else besides FMJ before he hangs up his gloves? That would be a stupid bet because Pac is as much a liar as Bob Arum. You're a casual alright.
