lol and Freddie wasn't a good trainer?

The reason he's going down hill is his own fault. This guy's a joke!

    Jorge Rubio
    Freddie Roach
    Virgil Hunter

32 fights and 5 different trainers. One trainer change on average every 6 fights.

Maybe...just maybe those trainers are not at fault and it is Khan who cannot be fixed?

He will when he loses. It will be the same scenario. Trainer's fault, weight drained...etc

Roach is a proven trainer, anyone that says he's bad is a fool. He took Khan far enough to almost unify the Light Welterweight division and clearly improved his overall performance. It was Khan who was stubborn and was too eager to please the fans which is why he opens up and leaves himself vulnerable. Freddie made it clear numerous times during interviews and post fight interviews that he doesn't like that and always tries to talk Khan out of it but to no avail. It was only a matter of time before someone like Garcia fully exploits him.

As far as trainers being bad, check out how many times Khan blamed trainers and the weight for losses. So far he's had 4 trainers including Hunter.

I hate Khan but he looks so much better under Hunter, its boring to watch but when you're a glass jawed fraud like Khan you need to fight boring to stop yourself getting KO'd

Then if he loses at Heavyweight, he's going to blame weight divisions in general, all trainers and finally announce his retirement. Honestly though, I think 154 will be his last stop. Even there he will have serious trouble. 160 would be overboard dangerous.

The Algieri fight wasn't boring, it was actually fun. Even the Collazo fight was extremely entertaining. Sure he does hold when stunned now but that doesn't last long before the action is back again. Khan is rarely ever in boring fights.

At first I thought he was growing up a bit praising Algieri's gameplan and persistence then he comes out with his usual 'it's not my fault' tripe. I don't see any source for this except him blabbing, it doesn't mean he's going to dump Hunter, which would be ridiculous but it wouldn't surprise me. If he doesn't look good in his next fight he'll probably blame Hunter and move up to 154 saying it was the weight and wrong trainer for him.
