    An ultimatum from Hearn?

For someone so stubborn on the matter for so long that's a quick change of heart

Really??? His career has been a waste hasn't it. If he goes down to where he should have been all along he might have been fighting for Euro/World titles with a chance of winning. His next fight (unless its a soft touch) is really make or break - loose that and he is going to as successful as Audley which when touted for big things would be hugely disappointing.

Get someone to help with strength and condition Frankie then go hell for the leather at some decent fighters. Time is ticking

He gets destroyed at light welter unfortunely for him.

Lightweight would be the better option but may be impossible for him to make it.

Said he walks round at 12 4 so making 9 9 would be very hard

    1) He obviously uses a S&C coach. Why bang on about it? That is such a small (yet essential) bit of the game.

It's his diet which he needs to sort out. You CANNOT out-train a bad diet, you just can't.

Read a Mike Dolce book (and before you start, it'd be a thousand times more useful than using who he does now), cut out the Nando's, cut out the shakes, treats, the diet coke, lower the carbs for a bit etc. Basic weight-loss 101.

    2) Go to the states and spar! Whether it be rough gyms in New York or somewhere like the wildcard.

With Gavin's amateur credentials they welcome him with open arms.

    3) Toughen up! Stop being surrounded by yes men, stop training 5 mins from home, stop training at an amateur gym surrounded by amateurs! You are a PRO for god sake! Go to Booth for 3 months, he'd sort him out 100%.

This is the last chance saloon now for Gavin. Because if he loses his next fight it's prizefighter or retirement.

He walks around at 12 stone 4, shows how bad his diet is inbetween fights, no way should a guy his size be 12' 4, he must put on a lot of fat. With his lack of muscle mass he could probably make 135.
