I was never completely convinced in his early days. I also thought he lacked the pop to keep the higher level guys off. However we have seen in his last 5/6 fights that he likes to frustrate, break down his opponents and then he starts to plant himself and dig in the power shots ... he did hurt Gradovich in there and one point had him really buzzed. He aint a massive hitter and certainly not a KO artist but he defo has enough behind his shots

Selby put on a clinic v Gradovich, truly inspired world class performance. What is more Selby I believe had another couple of gears in reserve, time he retires he will be an all time great in Britain in my opinion.

What's happening with his bro Andrew? At 26 isn't it time he turned pro?

defo a possibilty, he will more than likely have to move up weight later on in his career either thro weight problems or to move on his career and we will see how he fairs there his reach advantage is one of his biggest qualities and that would more than likely be lesseffective at bigger weight ... the weight in his puches could suffer also but could improve depending on how much making weight take out him just now. I hope he gets the chance against Loma and Walters and dont protect him. They could be excellent fights and if promoted correctly big Vegas fights.

I thought Selby looked superb on Saturday, against a guy who I thought would eventually wear him down and beat him on points.

Selby has been beat as a pro Del mate, but it was so long ago that it is irrelevant now.

My guess is that Loma would be far too much for Lee. Vasily could turn out to be an atg (And Walters would definitely test Selby's reputed iron beard).

But id be happy for Selby to prove me wrong again.

People are getting far too excited about Lee Selby. He's not that good.

No chance Selby can make Super-Bantam.

The LSC fight is out there and the Quigg fight should move more in the right direction with him now being with Haymon, even Hearn agrees.

Selby doesn't bring big money and let's be honest, he'd be to look good against.

LSC has no interest in fighting either frampton or quigg...and he just moved up a weight ??

personally id like to see Selby vLomachenko
