Khan is a piece of ****.he has been found out more than the ghosts on scooby doo then fights a shawn porter victim who brook beat and he degrades brook.wot is the attraction with Khan ?
He's saying floyd had ducked him and he's a big draw on the basis he beat Alexander collazo and Diaz who had him near dead,wot the **** does Khan bring to any table other than bull**** ?

 

Typical Khan, yet calls out Cotto/Thurman to keep his name in the mix when he wouldn't dare fight either.

He'll fight someone feather fisted and still get knocked around the ring
With the Brook fight though, he knows he will still have it even if he loses to Floyd as a huge domestic fight in the UK and that is the reason he is holding out, he'd rather lose to a big name in America, where he can get a payday and then come and fight in England against Brook and get paid.

Wont work the other way around though

 

Khan said Brooks not bringing nothing to the table...if he doesn't take the fight soon and gets beat (quite possible) then Brook should send him packing! To me there's no doubt he fears losing and it damaging his career. Brook as the OP stated has a world title, and this fight also is a PPV and stadium filler in the UK. He said Brooks not a big enough name...and he only wants the biggest names...so he fights Algeri and looks not very impressive. C'mon Khan you're not convincing anyone...you are afraid that Brook will RUIN you. You see him as too big a risk to take. You aint going anywhere near Thurman or anyone else that can bang..you're handlers are choosing patter cake punchers to keep you safe.

Khan is hoping on Floyd in Sept - why should he care for Brook at this moment in time?


Meanwhile Brook has fought JoJo, Gavin and now Hearn is lining Rios up (also used Thurman & Pac names for marketing)

Both camps doing what is best for them....can't blame either lol...

 

At least Khan is admitting that he brings rabid animals to the table in saying that Brook brings nothing.

 

Brook brings more to the table for Khan than what Khan brings to the table for Floyd.

I don't understand why Khan is so scared of Brook. He is too fragile to cherry-pick a-la mayweather so he might as well just take his chances with special K before a less marketable opponent beats him. That is of course if May picks a worthwhile opponent for his september date.

 

There is none for Floyd to choose from for September other than Brook himself.

 

Oh there are plenty of choices actually. Garcia is a very safe bet and would look amazing on paper. Rematch with Canelo, rematch with Pac, rematch with Cotto, Brook as you mentioned, Thurman, Bradley (least likely), I heard JMM is trying to secure a rematch as well and could be a viable option seeing how he knocked Pac out cold and there is an argument he was ill prepared for their first fight.

May is the boss right now and can call out anyone from 140 to 154, and they will all come running.

 

Does Brook bring a good resume to enhance Khans legacy? No.
Does Brook enhance Khans popularity much in the US? No.
Does Khan care for Brooks IBF title? No.
Does Khan-Brook fight make Khan a lot of money? Yes. (Khans already loaded so he doesn't care for it at the moment).

Khan gains nothing from this fight apart from a decent amount of money.

 

This would be an OK argument if he hadn't just fought Christopher Algieri. Algieri brings and does much less for Khan than Brook would in each of those categories you mentioned.
