Geale has a week to lose 10.5 pounds

    Few laxatives and a sauna and he'll be fine

    If he was a WW and 10lbs over it would maybe b an issue

    Actually Geale only weighed 135lb after GGG scared the **** out of him. Since then he has been gaining his weight back which explains everything.

    Geale just has to look at a picture of GGG to literally dump the last ten pounds before weigh-in.

    That is about normal. Probably an extra pound or two to shed than usual for him.

    I don't think Cotto had weight drained anybody aside Pac did to Him. For Martinez fight the weight was 159 a weight that Martinez always came under and for Margarito the weight was 153 another weight that Margo was use to it.

    In His last weight in He had some little fat on the sides so He has some pounds extra of water and fat so I don't think He will be drained another thing is that obligatory weight in was on Friday and the news came today, i think was reported in PR newspapers. Cotto is already at 158 today.

    So cotto might come in at 157? Hmm he came in at 155 in his last one and looked in really good shape. No love handles.

    I was thinking the same thing. He should just come in heavy at a weight that's comfortable.

    Does anyone know what happens if Geale misses the catchweight?

    I believe Cotto has already publically stated if Geale doesn't make weight there won't be a fight.

    You bet if Geale has signed on for 157 pounds Cotto won't be happy with him coming in at say 160. Even though at 160 he would technically still make the middleweight limit I bet Cotto won't be in hurry to put his title on the line under those circumstances.
